1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how TuneX ("TuneX", "we", or "us") processes information when you use https://tunex.minimalmass.net/ or the TuneX Telegram Mini App.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process your Telegram user ID, username and display name; account and session data; IP address, browser and device information; search queries, Beatport links, download history and file metadata; and payment status, package details and provider transaction identifiers. TuneX does not ask for or store payment card or wallet credentials. Support messages may contain the information you choose to send. The service operator is TuneX. 3. Purposes
We use this information to authenticate users, provide search and download features, maintain balances and download history, process and reconcile payments, protect the service from abuse, provide support, troubleshoot faults, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers
Beatport-related requests, Telegram features and payment processing may involve the relevant third-party providers. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. TuneX shares only the information reasonably needed to provide the requested feature or comply with law.
5. Retention and security
We retain account and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations and dispute handling. Temporary download files and links may expire after 60 minutes. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may contact support to ask about your information, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to a particular use. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or necessary to complete a transaction or resolve a dispute.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version is published on this page with its update date.
