User Agreement

Please read this Agreement before using TuneX.
1. Service
TuneX provides a web service and Telegram Mini App for searching Beatport information and requesting FLAC downloads. By using the service, you accept this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied during sign-in and for keeping access to your account and Telegram profile secure. Do not share access or use another person's account without permission.
3. Packages and credits
Packages add the stated amount of download credits to your TuneX balance. Current packages are 5 GB for 5 USD, 15 GB for 10 USD, and 30 GB for 15 USD, or the equivalent in another currency. Credits are charged by the final downloaded file size. Prices and package availability are shown before payment and may change for future purchases.
4. Payments
Telegram Mini App payments use Telegram Stars. Website checkout is intended to use Platega. Payment processing, confirmations and refunds may also be subject to the payment provider's terms. Do not submit payment credentials to TuneX support.
5. Downloads and rights
You may use TuneX only for lawful purposes and only where you have the right to access and download the requested material. TuneX does not transfer copyright or other rights in Beatport content. You are responsible for your requests and for complying with applicable law and third-party terms.
6. Limits and availability
Download links and temporary files may expire after 60 minutes. Very large downloads may be limited to approximately 2 GB and may produce a partial ZIP. The service may be changed, suspended or limited to protect users, providers and infrastructure.
7. Prohibited use
You must not abuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with its operation, upload malware, infringe third-party rights, automate requests in a harmful way, or use TuneX to facilitate unlawful activity.
8. Refunds, termination and changes
If a payment issue occurs, contact support with the relevant transaction details. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and the payment provider's rules. We may suspend access for abuse or legal reasons. We may update this Agreement; the current version is published on this page.
